Sales Reps Maintenance Record

Sales Reps are individuals who sell products and services on behalf of your company. Any sales reps you create can be used when creating transactions.

Sales Type Maintenance Record

Sales types are used if you wanted to analyse different types of sales transactions on the invoice list screen.

You can use the Sales Type filter on the Sales Invoice list screen to easily find the transactions using this sales type.

Customer Credit Statuses Maintenance Record

Customer credit Statuses are the warnings that appear when you select a customer on a new transaction. They are useful reminders for bad credit, or when payment is required on delivery.

You can customise the message, and which transactions they appear on.

Customer Groups Maintenance Record

Customer groups are for categorising your customers.

You could have a customer group for certain customers such as retailers, solicitors, etc.

Customer Analyses Groups Maintenance Record

There are 3 analysis groups available.

Customers can be analysed in different ways such as Location (region, or County) or Customer type, these can be used on sales reports for valuable insights into sales.
