    Batch Actions - Transaction Records

    Introduction to Batch Actions

    Where available, batch actions allow you to select multiple transactions on a transaction list, and make changes to all selected.

    This can include sending invoices to multiple customers, generating multiple delivery dockets, or downloading a PDF containing multiple transactions.

    How To do a batch action

    1. Using the checkbox beside a transaction, tick the transaction to select it.

    3. After selecting one or more transactions, scroll down to the bottom of the list and you’ll find the Batch Actions in the bottom left.

    5. Hover over the action icons to see what clicking this icon will do. Once clicked, A pop up will appear allowing you to make any changes before you start the batch action.

    Tip: You can select every transaction visible on the transaction list by ticking the checkbox in the header. The same action will unselect all visible transactions.

    How to create a PDF containing multiple transactions in Thrive

    1. Select your desired transcations using the checkboxes.
    2. In the bottom left, click the download file icon labelled Export [transaction name].
    3. In the confirmation pop up, click download.
    4. This will save the PDF file to your computer.
