Introduction to Batch Actions
Where available, batch actions allow you to select multiple transactions on a transaction list, and make changes to all selected.
This can include sending invoices to multiple customers, generating multiple delivery dockets, or downloading a PDF containing multiple transactions.
How To do a batch action
- Using the checkbox beside a transaction, tick the transaction to select it.
- After selecting one or more transactions, scroll down to the bottom of the list and you’ll find the Batch Actions in the bottom left.
- Hover over the action icons to see what clicking this icon will do. Once clicked, A pop up will appear allowing you to make any changes before you start the batch action.
Tip: You can select every transaction visible on the transaction list by ticking the checkbox in the header. The same action will unselect all visible transactions.
How to create a PDF containing multiple transactions in Thrive
- Select your desired transcations using the checkboxes.
- In the bottom left, click the download file icon labelled Export [transaction name].
- In the confirmation pop up, click download.
- This will save the PDF file to your computer.
