Creating Sales Credit Notes

- Open the Sales Module and click Credit Notes
- on the Sales Quotations list screen, click New Credit Note.
- Enter your Customer Account
- If required, enter a PO Reference Number.
Product Types
- In the Transaction Type dropdown, choose Product
- Add a new line item, and enter your Product.
- Add a Quantity.
- Click Save.
Fee Types
- In the Transaction Type dropdown, choose Fee.
- Add a new line item, and enter the Details for the service.
- Add a Net amount.
- Click Save.
