How to Export Customer Accounts

You can export your customer accounts to accounting software, such as Thrive, to a .CSV file containing your customers. This lets you have ownership of your data, and makes it quick and easy to edit details for every customer account at once in your system. In this guide, you’ll learn how to export customer accounts from Thrive to a CSV file.

Steps to Export Customer Accounts to Thrive

  1. Log in to Thrive and open the Sales module.
  2. Under the maintenance card, click Customer Accounts.
  3. At the top right corner of the screen, click the download icon labelled ‘Export customers’.
  4. This will download a .csv file containing all of your customers.
  5. If you wish to make changes and edit the customers, use Excel.
