FAQ

Why am I seeing an error when uploading records?

  1. There may be an issue with the data you’ve entered. For example, for the customer’s country, Thrive only accepts the shorthand code for a country - for example, Ireland = IE.
  2. Check that the headers in your file match the .CSV Template you download from Thrive. Any differences mean the header won’t be recognised.
  3. Check your internet connection is up - You need an internet connection to upload files. If you can’t do a Google Search, your internet is likely down.
