When you create a delivery docket in Thrive, the delivery is ‘undelivered’, until you update the system to say a docket was cancelled. This guide will show you how to cancel your delivery dockets.

How to cancel a delivery docket

Note: Cancelling a Delivery Docket will reset The amount of goods delivered for this delivery docket on your Sales Order - you will need to create a new Docket and complete it, to complete the Sales Order.
  1. Open the overflow menu for a delivery docket, and click transaction status
  2. In the popup, open the dropdown and choose cancel.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Your delivery docket is now cancelled.
