Introduction to Completing Delivery Dockets
When you create a delivery docket in Thrive, the delivery is ‘undelivered’, until you update the system to say the delivery was made. This guide will show you how to complete your delivery dockets.

Note: If you’re looking to create a Delivery Docket, see How to create a delivery docket
How to complete a single delivery docket - overflow menu
- Open the overflow menu for a delivery docket, and click transaction status
- In the popup, open the dropdown and choose complete.
- Click Update.
- Your delivery docket is now complete.
Note: If you generated multiple delivery dockets, each a partial delivery for your Sales Order, you need to complete each Delivery Docket to complete the Sales Invoice.
How to complete multiple delivery dockets - Action Icons
Note: You can only complete multiple delivery dockets if they have the status ‘undelivered’.
- Select one or more delivery dockets.
- Scroll down to the action icons and click the tick icon labelled complete delivery dockets.
- In the popup, click update
- Your delivery dockets will now be complete.
